We begin by extending our deepest gratitude to Loke Wakinekona, whose unwavering dedication has shaped our trajectory since 2002, serving as Board President from 2010 to 2023. Loke’s continued presence on the board ensures a valuable continuation of her expertise and vision.
Stepping into the role of President is Konia Freitas, a passionate advocate who joined the board in 2019. Konia’s election in January 2024 heralds a new chapter of growth and positive change under her experienced guidance.
We also express heartfelt appreciation to Walter Thoemmes, whose contributions as Vice-President from 2020 to 2023 have been invaluable. While Walter transitions to a new role within the board, his expertise remains a vital asset.
Joining us as the newly elected Vice-President is Richard Naiwieha Wurdeman, bringing dedication and strategic insight since 2019. Richard’s appointment promises fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance our leadership team.
