Our huakaʻi (field trip) events are an extension of our morning services to families with keiki ages newborn to 5 years of age.
Registration for this event is closed to only enrolled participants who have satisfied all in-person requirements. If you are interested in registering with our program, please contact us at (808) 693-7222.
Island specific event details, including applicable admission fees, are available via our class platform and/or from our staff in your virtual/ in-person classes.
Update for Oʻahu Huakaʻi effective immediately: Registration is limited due capacity; those who register should expect a confirmation that their registration was accepted where pertinent information will also be sent. When you receive your confirmation message, please ensure to reply to acknowledge your agreement to the terms of this huakaʻi. Mahalo for your understanding regarding this matter.
Note: Transportation may be provided for some huaka‘i. Keiki Steps will contract reputable school bus companies to provide transportation as needed. Participants who opt to utilize this service, do so at your discretion and risk. Bus transportation is provided for participants 2 years and older in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules 17-892.1-12. Participants younger than 2 years old must be transported by an adult participant. Due to capacity, when offered – ʻohana will be taken as they are registered (first come, first serve) regards to reserving space on the bus. Confirmation will be provided in advance and if there should be a waitlist we will continue to honor those on the waitlist as cancellations occur.
Upon arrival to our in-person event, there may be an additional consent form that will be required for all persons in attendance.

1. Select the blue "RSVP Here - Going" button to the right.
2. On next window, under "Attendee Registration", select the "Total Guests" # for amount of persons being registered.
3. Complete necessary information on the left regards to registered keiki and/or registered makua. Note: Every person should have a recorded submission.
4. Submit by clicking the blue "Finish" button.
